By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. These terms do not waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
Informational and development status
Website information and initiative prototypes are provided in good faith and may be incomplete, changed, paused, or unavailable. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not provide medical, speech-language pathology, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, food-safety, ticketing, or other licensed professional services. Results are not guaranteed.
Initiative safety notices
- Popoy: guided practice is not a diagnosis, clinical assessment, therapy, or replacement for a qualified professional. A responsible adult should supervise a child’s use.
- Banana App: donors, recipients, and partners remain responsible for appropriate food handling, allergen communication, storage, transport, and deciding whether food is safe.
- SeatPilot: development or demonstration pages do not guarantee a seat, ticket, event admission, payment, refund, or venue accommodation.
- BayaniHub: it is not an emergency-response service. Contact emergency services or appropriate local authorities when someone is in immediate danger.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, interfere with service, or collect information about other people without authorization.
Logos, photographs, and other content
BGP names, initiative names, logos, original writing, artwork, photographs, video, and software are owned by BGP or used with permission or under an applicable license. Do not copy, alter, publish, sell, or imply endorsement using these materials unless the owner or license permits it. Display of another organization’s name or logo does not by itself establish sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
If you submit content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it. You grant BGP only the permission reasonably necessary for the purpose you approved. BGP will seek a separate release before intentionally using an identifiable person’s image, voice, story, or testimonial for promotion. Promotional permission is optional, and guardian permission is required for minors.
Outside services and open-source material
Third-party sites and services have their own terms. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. BGP does not control outside services and cannot guarantee their availability, safety, or accuracy.
Risk and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a guarantee that it will always be error-free, secure, or available. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. A website notice does not replace appropriate agreements, supervision, insurance, safety procedures, or professional advice.
